Wow I swear I'm not dead, really I'm not. Anasazi is on hold for the time being since I'm having trouble gathering the remaining characters from my friends. Despite this I have about three to four pages that I should color and post, hopefully by the end of this week... hopefully.
Outside of my failing comic, I've been doing a lot of work around the house and job searching to no avail. Just been busy busy with not getting what I want done, but family first. *shrugs*
Nothing really new in the cosplay department from this last con, just Viktor and a Battle Royale costume. And from what I've gathered from my friends I will have at least one new costume by AX, and its about time too, as long as we get at least
to cosplay from it. And maybe doing the Avatar acting group, forgot the name cause I'm cool like that, where I'll be doing man Toph.
Ummm ya... thats about it.... wow I'm such a boring person. Oh right the spring semester starts the 23rd and I'm kinda not looking forward to a certain class that I'm retaking cause I failed so badly at. OTL Anyways ya that's what's been up with me... comic will continue, as soon as I get those character designs.

Event-full summer!

Hey dar y'all again long time no speak. I'm so terrible with my art updates and my general activity on DA this past year, sorry about that just sooo busy and with my free time I've been getting easily distracted by other things... I'm terrible I know. Anyways! So this summer has turned out to be the most socially active summer I've had yet, or at least from what my memory is currently providing. I got to go to AX for a day, which was soo much fun since I didn't think I would make it at all. Then through sheer fate I was allowed to attend Comic con, yay for extreme late notice availability! And while there I met some new friends, who apparently know a few of my other con friends, small world is small! Along with the cons I got to debut my new cosplay, Viktor from 
's Lackadaisy, which seems to have been taken in quite well with the public. Unfortunately with Comic Con, since I found out that I could go only a few hours before my group left for San Diego, I wasn't able to get any other cosplays in. So I did Viktor three days, mostly cause its a causal and comfy cosplay, and a slaughtered vision of Mullin, no gun or hat plus Viktor's facial hair. Anyways, I got to take care of my friends while at the con, which put my worry wartness to rest, cause I worry too much about my friends when I'm not around for stuff like this. *is shot* And over all got to see some interesting panels, lots of amazing cosplays. And best of all got to see my girls all dressed up as Disney princesses! You all should go check out 
's Rapunzel cosplay, which is the most adorable thing ever, 
's Ariel cosplay, which was all fishy face... or so I kept teasing her, and 's Bell cosplay, who turned out to be Rapunzel's and Ariel's teacher for a day on the workings of society.
Things to come:
1) Cosplays (eventually): Hopefully get Kurogane done at the latest AX next year, Steam ship pirate Chief for comic con (only going to go one day this time... sooo expensive), fix and complete Mullin and hopefully have at the least my brother doing a Disith soldier and maybe a group to go along with it, finish Chrono... and maybe feel more confident about it... OTL, and if my friends do Disney again I'm either doing Sebastian from the Little Mermaid or (if Sarah isn't doing her little sidekick character... since she hasn't revealed it yet) my own version of the Tramp from Lady and the Tramp... would be awesome to find someone to do Lady with me but I digress or (and this is a big or) Hound from Fox and the Hound, if I can get Ryley to do the Fox with me, but I'd kinda like to do Tramp more.
2) Artz: Ok I seriously need some time to color and reline a bunch of drawings, but work and some games seem to always eat up all my time. I have right now about five drawings that I need to reline and then color... but again time eludes me. As for Anasazi, I have a few pages that I need to clean up, color, and get text edited... sounds like a lot of work but isn't really again time kills me. Currently my brain is stuck on this idea that I got from watching one of my friends cosplay at comic con and it won't let it go... its actually gotten even stronger as of late. That said, the next drawing you'll see from me will be that drawing, its just eating away at my brain so much, hopefully with this I'll get out of my rut of laziness with drawing... hopefully.
3) Cosplay shoot: Some time in Augest my friends and I will be doing a Lackadaisy shoot with pretty much everyone. I actually got my brother and sister to try cosplaying again after 6 years now? Brother will be Wick and my sister will be his assistant Lacy, words can not express how excited I am to finally see those two try cosplaying again! Anyways I'll most likely put up a few more Viktor pics... hopefully you guys won't mind too much. >.<
I think that's about it... Oh school is coming up again, and I actually get more art work done during that time than any other time, odd huh? But the best part is is that I'll have company at school for once! Not to say that I don't already with school friends, but I'll actually have a friend from my core group of friends with me this time, and its my best friend to boot! Really looking forward to that now, and hopefully another friend will be joining us in the Spring, if things work out properly.

Ok so I'm extremely sorry for not really doing anything with Anasazi for like four or five months now. I've actually been doing some pages for it, but only line art since I don't have much time from homework to upload them and color them. I'll try better to get homework done in a more managed way and post some more pages.
As for other things, finally got to attempted to do my western Chrono cosplay. I'm not posting any pictures because I haven't completely finished it yet, and cause I would like to work on getting rid of my fattiness for that as well. Along with cosplays, I need to either fix my rifle for Mullen or just remake it since its not doing so well structurally. Also I need to get my emblem made for the helmet and get my survival pins put together. And my brother is finally going to do a Disith solder cosplay hopefully for this up coming AX, unless he gets his internship with NASA.
As for future cosplays, I would love to do Kurogane from Tsubasa, but given how my job applications are going I'm going to have to push that one off for another year it looks. >.< Also Gat from Saiyuki is on my list of things to do for cosplay... but again need to get rid of my fatty body. =_=

Summer Update

Well I'm sure most of you, outside of my real life friends, probably think I've disappeared from the face of the earth. Sorry I haven't... not quite. Anyways my desktop has and had been giving me problems and is the only computer I have that is compatable with my scanner. So I haven't been able to upload any more pages or drawings for Anasazi due to this slight problem. Hopefully I'll get it working soonish... soon. As soon as it gets up and running I have a few pages I need to color, fill in text, and upload here. So sorry about that and hope you guys haven't forgotten me.
On another note I've been kinda busy this summer. Went to the east coast for the national boy scout jamboree, which was really fun. Got stuck on staff but hey I got to be drill sargent and goof off while teaching the wonders of... stamp collecting. No I'm not a stamp collector but I know just as much as most of the actual stamp collectors I worked with after I was done there. Also got to bum around do some patch trading for some really nice patches, thank god our Japan trip ones are still "hot"... ranting sorry I like patch trading. >.>
Another thing keeping me busy is an on going project that seems like it will never end, repairing the wood on my family's duffy. My dad remembered that I'm decent with woodwork so I've been tasked with repairing everything woodish on our duffy. Its fine but I have other things to work on, such as Chris's Disith gun for this upcoming comicon,'s Chrono backpack, and a few survival pins for my Anatoray cosplay.
Ummm school is starting for me on the 30th with a decent schedule:

12pm-1:45pm Calc 1
Tuesday: 11am-11:30am Japanese
7pm-10pm Bio lab

An update for those who care.

Finals are next week, only one I'm really concerned about... curse you accounting! Plague of my life right now. After that freedom to get back to drawing, which I deeply apologize for not doing more. I have plans for the next two pages for Anasazi so after finals I'll pound those two out and hopefully have the next few planned out and start on those. As far as cons go this year it looks as though I will not be attending any if the volenteer thing does not go through... or if they ever send out info to our group.
In other news, we got new windows in the house! Was fun to replace the old ones, lots of modifying. Aka heavy duty metal work and destruction, my father said that it was "Colin's way of doing things." Kinda stung but it was fun! And the art contest happened today, unfortunately it was where students voted for the pictures and the winning artest just had a bunch of their friends show up and vote for their pictures. On the brightside free food and 2% extra credit to cover the missing homework assignments.
Lately things seem to be pretty dull for me since its mostly been school, homework, some house work, and studying. I feel like a robot, so I can't wait for finals to end and summer begin! Sooo looking forward to spending some time with my friends out in the nice summer sun and air!
Good luck to those taking finals as well! Knowing you guys you'll be just fine. ^^ And I promise to get more pages done as soon as school is through!
